The Vitally Important  Pelvic Thrust

THE PELVIC THRUST

Thrusting backward and forward with the pelvic area is almost  exclusively limited  to the act of sexual intercourse .  It more specifically applies to males, since the vast majority of women lack the strength  stamina, warm-up and FLEXIBILITY exercises and neuromuscular coordination needed for pelvic movements.

Automation and mechanization have not only led to  overall physical deterioration in man but also to less walking and more sitting, which  has  resulted in a gradually decreasing flexibility in the pelvic area.  Not only do we sit most of the day at work, but we sit traveling to and from  work, and spend most of our leisure    time sitting- watching TV, movies,

sports, plays, or driving around   in our cars.  As a result, the muscles of pelvic a flabby mid-region can ruin your sex life not only lack strength, stamina, power, and tonus, but also lack flexibility and neuromuscular coordination.  With  decreasing activity and increasing age our pelvic regions becomes less and less capable of functioning efficiently.  To aggravate this negative condition still  more, most  women and many men  wear restricting girdles which inhibit what little natural movement is left.  Such tight foundation garments interfere with normal circulation, and permit  weak muscles to become still weaker.

In the pelvic region, human beings are getting progressively weaker.  We receive no instruction  in how to  move our pelvic area   for maximum sex participation, stimulation, and satisfaction.  Up to now there  has been no deliberately planned, regular, systematic neuromuscular training for the vitally important act of where sexual relationships go wrong intercourse.

SPECIAL INSTRUCITONS

When practicing  any of the  exercises given in this section “think, visualize, and do.”  Try to see and feel the actions involved.  This will help to create  connection between  mind and unused muscles  where none exist or strengthen  weak connections that do exist.  At first, some of the actions may feel impossible to perform,  but with   persistent practice more  and more control will develop.

Wives are  reminded that  vaginal  contraction is vitally important to the  satisfactory  performance of the sex act, and are  urged to combine  this action whenever  possible with  the pelvic  thrust.  In most  cases this will be easier to do at the  end or beginning of the thrust but may also be done throughout the full range of the  thrust.

Husbands are urged to make a conscious effort to lift the penis through muscular   contraction at the forward end of each thrust.  Even though the movement is small,  the pulsating action resulting from the  alternate  contractions ad relaxations of the  penis  simulate ejaculatory  contractions which bring  about orgasmic reactions on the part of many wives.  Authorities do not agree on the  reasons for this   female response.  some believe that the muscular contractions of the   male penis during  orgasm trigger a like reaction from the female through  tactile sensitivity of the vagina.  Others believe that the psychological reasons are predominant the wife knows that  the psychological  reasons are predominant- the wife knows  that she has been successful  in bringing her husband  an intensely   enjoyable  climax, and this releases her own inhibitions.
