Put Thigh Action Into The  Sex Act

Most of the  things we had to say about  the value  of the “gluteal squeeze”  also apply to (A) Thigh rotation and  (B) Thigh  Adduction.  Each of these  actions  involves the same  body parts and helps to develop the kind of control you need  fir maximum sexual stimulation and satisfaction.  Each of them strengthens   muscles  which are barely used   in modern everyday a flabby mid-region can ruin your sex life.

THIGH ROTATIONS

There are two directions to this actions, namely, “ in ward rotation”  and “outward rotation.”  When performing the  in ward  rotation, the wife should  make a conscious effort to squeeze the upper inner parts of her  thighs together and  try to contract the muscles of her vagina.  She should think of gripping  the male penis in a milking action.  This action, when used in actual sexual intercourse, can add a great deal to her  own  stimulation  and  that  of her  mate.  Of course, she must be able to utilize  the  muscles  involved, and that is why these warm-up and flexibility exercises  are included.

When  performing   the outward rotation, the wife should  push forward with her s.o.r. In actual sexual  intercourse this action will increase the pressures on the entire public  area for both the man and wife, thereby increasing their pleasure

When the performing the outward rotation , the husband  should push  forward the his s.o.r. and also try to lift up his penis.  In actual intercourse this   action will not only increase mutual  pressures on the entire pubic area, but will stimulate the wife’s clitoris more   effectively and increase the “feel” inside  the vagina as a whole.

When the actions  described  above are synchronized   during the   sex act, so that both man and wife utilize their neuromuscular control to the fullest  possible extent, then each will stimulate the other  to the maximum degree, and both will achieve the ultimate in sexual  more sex enjoyment with the gluteal squeeze and satisfaction

Stand erect with your feet about ten inches apart.  Pivoting  on your heels, force your toes in ward toward each other as far as they will go.  Then force them outward, away from each other, as  far as they will go.  Continue this thigh-rotating action, going from one extreme to the  other each time.  Do two sets of four or five repetitions to each set until you can do fifty or more with ease.

ERECT, STANDING PIVOT ON TOES

Stand erect with your feet about ten inches apart.  Pivoting on your toes, force them outward away from each other as far as they will go.  Continue this thigh-rotating action as advised in previous exercise.

BACK-LYING, PIVOR ON HEELS

Lie back on the floor,  legs spread apart and arms alongside body.  Pivoting on your heels, force your toes inward toward each other as far as they will go.  Then force them outward away  from   each other as far as they will go.  Continue  this thigh-rotating action as advised in previous  exercise.
